Why NeKernel?

It is designed from the ground up, with better abstractions, and modern hardware standards in mind.
While there are exceptions in the project for some platforms (looking at you amd64-desktop config),
We make heavy use of new and alternative standards instead of relying on old ones.
NeKernel also includes its own compiler, with a custom binary format made for its filesystem, NeFS.
This is a really long-term project, don't expect over-night maturity, However contributors are welcome to make this into a reality.
